Previcox (Firocoxib) Chewable Tablets for Dogs are prescription-strength NSAID tablets formulated to relieve pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis and post-surgical procedures in dogs. Trusted by veterinarians, Previcox delivers targeted COX-2 enzyme inhibition to reduce swelling, stiffness, and discomfort while preserving overall mobility. Its palatable chewable form ensures stress-free daily administration.
Previcox contains firocoxib, a COX-2 selective nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the cyclooxygenase-2 enzyme, which is involved in the production of prostaglandins that trigger inflammation and pain in dogs.
Indicated for the control of pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis, as well as for the management of postoperative pain related to soft-tissue and orthopedic surgeries in dogs.
