How to Refill a Prescription

Ordering refills is easy. If you have placed an order with us before and there are refills left on the prescription, just add that medication to your cart, during checkout under Sending Prescription Via, choose "Prescription refill is on file" We will take care of the rest. No need to fill in your pet's information again.

Here is a step-by-step guide to checking out to fill your refills:

1. Login to your EntirelyPets Rx account



Note: The prescription must have been previously used with your EntirelyPets Rx account and have at least 1 refill remaining



2. Add the prescription item to the Cart


3. Continue to the Checkout Page


4. While in the Checkout Page:



Find "Sending Prescription Via:" near the bottom




Select "Prescription refill is on file"



5. Complete your order
