Refills On File
If your order had one or more refills on it, place the order as you normally would. In the Comments field, type: Rx on file.
(No need to fill in the hospital information again)
Transfering From Another Pharmacy To Us
In the checkout, please provide us with the name, phone number and fax number of that pharmacy so we can contact them to get the refill transfer to us.

Is EntirelyPets Pharmacy a licensed pharmacy?
Yes, EP Pharmacy is licensed, and is authorized to ship to these states. We are adding new states weekly!
Does my veterinarian need to be licensed in an authorized state?
Yes, your pet's prescription needs to be issued from within one of our approved states (see which states we are now shipping to).
Do you accepts returns?
Due to general health considerations and FDA regulations, we regret that there can be no returns on prescription products.
How do I order refills?
Place your refill order online. During the checkout process check the "Prescription On File" check-box. After that, there is no need to fill in your Veterinary/Pets info. Proceed to checkout. We will check and verify that you have a refill on file and will process your order.
