Indications

Directions
Dormosedan Gel should be administered under the direction of a licensed veterinarian. The product is intended for oral sublingual use in horses only.
- Do not feed the horse 40 minutes before or after administration.
- Use the oral syringe provided to deliver the correct dose under the tongue (sublingually).
- Do not allow the horse to eat or drink until the sedative effect has worn off.
- Sedation typically begins within 30–45 minutes and lasts approximately 90–180 minutes.
- Only one dose should be administered per day.
Storage Instructions
- Store at controlled room temperature between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F).
- Protect from light and moisture.
- Keep out of reach of children and animals when not in use.
- Do not use after the expiration date on the label.
Warnings
- Not for human use. Keep out of reach of children.
- For use in horses only. Do not use in food-producing animals.
- Do not use in horses with pre-existing health conditions such as cardiovascular, respiratory, liver, or kidney disease without veterinary approval.
- Horses should be monitored until fully recovered from sedation.
- May cause sedation-related side effects such as lowering of the head, unsteadiness, or drooling.
- Use with caution in breeding, pregnant, or lactating mares as safety has not been established.
- Do not administer additional sedatives without veterinary guidance.
