Vetoquinol Ear Cleaning Solution is a comprehensive formulation for both dogs and cats that cleans, dries, acidifies and deodorizes ears. It is gentle enough for routine use in the bathing/grooming area, exam room or treatment area.

Formulated with aloe vera to soften skin

Gentle enough for routine use with dogs and cats to aid in the prevention of external ear infections

Denatured alcohol and lactic acid dry and acidify the external ear canal

For very dirty ears, apply 2–3 times daily for a week.

Ear Cleansing Solution provides an environment that helps maintain healthy ears, and aids in the prevention of external ear infections

Active: Sd-Alcohol 40-2, 10%; Lactic Acid, 1.76%; Benzoic Acid, 0.15%; Salicylic Acid, 0.1%.

Inactive: A Fragrant Base Containing Aloe Vera Gel.

Apply Ear Cleansing Solution liberally into the ear canal of the cat or dog. Massage the base of the ear. Allow pet to shake head. Wipe excess away with a cotton ball.

For very dirty ears, apply 2 - 3 times daily for several days. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days without consulting a veterinarian.

For routine cleaning and maintenance of healthy ears, use 1–2 times weekly or as recommended by your veterinarian. Always apply after swimming.

HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND ANIMALS: Consult your veterinarian if pet shakes head or scratches ears frequently. If redness or irritation develop or persists, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian. For topical use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
