Vetrimec Plus is a ready-to-use, sterile injectable solution containing 1% ivermectin and 10% clorsulon, formulated for the effective treatment and control of internal and external parasites in cattle. This dual-action injectable offers all the benefits of ivermectin while also providing targeted control of adult liver flukes (Fasciola hepatica) through the action of clorsulon.
Administer subcutaneously behind the shoulder in cattle only. Do not use in female dairy cattle of breeding age or in calves intended for veal.

When used at recommended doses, ivermectin and clorsulon had no effect on the breeding performance of bulls and cows.
For effective grub control, administer Vetrimec Plus as soon as possible after the end of heel fly (warble fly) season. Killing Hypoderma lineatum near the esophagus may cause bloat; killing Hypoderma bovis in the vertebral canal may cause paralysis. These reactions can occur with any successful grub treatment. Consult your veterinarian for proper timing.
Cattle treated after grub migration may require re-treatment later in the season with ivermectin to control internal parasites or lice without grub-related risks.
