slow with lots of phone calls from me.

ordered 2 rx's and a salmon oil mat 15. e.p. recieved the faxed rx from my vet with 2 phone calls to e.p. and one to the vet. recieved a fax that order was shipped 1 week later. it never came. according to usps, a label was printed but no pkg. recieved. called e.p. over memorial weekend, but "no one could help until tuesday. they said they would call me tues., but no msg. on mr machine. called e.p. the next day. they said they would send an email and ship today. no email, no product for 3 more days. called the vet an got the rx that day. got an email and recieved pkg. 3 days later, but the salmonoil took another week. i have used 4 different mail order pharmacies, including canadian, for at least 10 years. never had any problems like this.
Pros
- none i can think of.
Cons
- easier to just order from my vet, only a little more expensive, of course the hours of checking, phone calls, searching usps tracking sites, and just worrying are not included.

Dogs love it!!

I do home cooking for several dogs with renal failure. Unfortunately one of the problems is decreased appetite in renal failure dogs. I was able to add this (smells a lot) to my food and the one started eating a lot better. With this product I was able to increase the palatability of the food and give them some of the good omega's they need with out adding more protein.

I was advised by my veterinarian to start my cats on fish oil to build up their immune systems. Two of them have have health issues since I adopted them as kittens. They love the oil on their food and have put on weight, don't know yet if it has actually boosted their immune systems, only time will tell.

I give the dogs a squirt of this in the morning, and one in the evening. they seem to like the taste, and I hope it is doing them some good. Pricing is reasonable, and ships quickly. Have reordered a couple of times now.

One of our Black Labs was experiencing very dry and flaky skin over the summer. A relative suggested different types of oils she thought would be helpful in controlling the problem. I did some research and found this product. Within a week of starting to add this to her food, her coat became much more shiny and healthy looking. I would recommend this to any dog owner that has a pet with flaky skin or dull dry coat problems. Works like a charm, still using it, we are on our third bottle.
