The product is great, in fact, I used it on my own dogs. This was a gift, and the only problem I had was not being able to track it. I sent a msg that was never responded to. I tried every carrier, & no carrier recognized the tracking number. Even tho I checked with USPS, they said it wasn't there. Upon delivery, the recipient told me that it arrived thru USPS. Someone needs to get their act together on tracking. Not sure if I will do biz with this company again, due to the fact of untrackable tracking number.Blessings

The product I receive is always top notch and well packaged however they didn't tell me it was backordered when I placed my order nor did they communicate to me that it was backordered and would be about a month before I would receive it. I was woriied about it and logged into my account and then discovered it was back ordered.

I thought my order was not shipped or it got lost in the mail. I used the "Chat" feature from Entirely Pets Pharmacy and text-chatted with Michael Cornejo. He told me the day my product was shipped and the tracking information. When I told him I did not receive it and it was almost two weeks late, he said that he would initiate a claim with USPS. I was so upset that I did not have my order. He kept reassuring me that it would all be worked out quickly and that he would help me get a satisfactory solution. I asked Mr. Cornejo to wait while I check one last time with my husband about the delivery. He said, "No problem. He would get everything together to initiate a claim. My husband and I went through our Christmas packages that arrived from a couple of different carriers during the previous two weeks, and in the pile was a package from USPS. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was from Entirely Pets Pharmacy!! I went back to the chat and told Mr. Cornejo. He said no problem and he was very happy for me that my order did indeed arrive!

Once I received the product I waited until the next day to give it to my dog (Izzy).She didn't have an upset stomach afterwards at all, and "It worked" (if you know what I mean). I definitely would recommend this product.

I foster many puppies who are stray or come directly from Texas Animal Shelters. They are headed for out of state Rescues and are usually under my care for four to eight weeks before they leave. Panacur C Dewormer is my absolute go-to for the families - moms, dads, and puppies all. I have to add dads to my review because my last family was a father dumped in the woods with his three daughters. All of them in very serious danger from the Coyotes. You couldn't have asked for a more responsible parent!I have found the Panacur C dewormer to be safe and effective and it keeps everyone functioning properly.
