Medication is fine & helping my animal.
Pros
  • Great customer service. Nice that they price matched. website was fine, but placed order over the phone because they said it would help the process be faster since I needed them by a certain date.
Cons
  • Shipping was slow from within my state & really only a few hours drive time from my town! I was told I should/ would have it by a certain day which was more than a week from when I ordered. I asked several times but the process time takes too long. I did NOT receive them & had to purchase 5 pills from my vet which was almost $40....for 5!! I ordered 56 at around $133. The vet is such a rip off, but I had no choice, my pup needed them and I only had so many to last me to a certain day. I got them 2 days later. So I spent 40 more dollars than I needed to. I should have ordered from Chewy, I would have had them when I needed them AND coming from another state. I tried saving money with this company and in the end I ended up paying more!
