PRODUCT SPECS:
Syringes are individually packaged in sealed peel-and-pull pouches. Product is packaged as 6-pouches per box per animal size. Tyvek packages and shelf boxes are color coordinated. Outside box has a perforated tear-out end for easy dispensing.
Directions: Remove the syringe tip cap. Place the syringe between the side teeth of the dog, aiming as far down on the back of the tongue as possible. Gently push the plunger to release the gel. Discard any unused portion of the gel and syringe after use.
Primary Use
Give one syringe, appropriate for the size of dog, at time of digestive disruption. A second syringe may be given if necessary.
Pre-Stress Use
Give a syringe 2 hours prior to stress-induced event. Repeat as necessary.
NOTE: For Dogs exceeding 120 pounds, administer an additional syringe(s) to equal the dog's weight.

Product works great! Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I've used Diagel multiple times before and have always been happy with the results. I ordered from Entirely Pets because their price for the multiple packs is very good. I thought I was going to have to keep my dog on it longer than I did, so I ordered AUTOSHIP. After receipt of 2nd shipment, his condition cleared up and I cancelled the Autoship. I was not able to do so online because of some glitch in the system, so I called. THREE times and was told each time that the Autoship was cancelled. A couple of days later I would get an email stating that it was ready to ship - so I called again. Finally the woman I spoke to told me there were 2 autoships associated with my email? WHAT? They finally resolved the issue and sent me a label to return the last shipment, but it took about 30 days to get credit.
