Credelio Quattro / Credelio Quattro-CA1 is a prescription flavored chewable tablet for dogs that provides broad-spectrum parasite protection in one convenient treatment. Credelio Quattro helps protect against fleas, ticks, heartworm disease, roundworms, hookworms, and tapeworms, while also helping prevent Lyme disease infections by killing black-legged ticks. Credelio Quattro-CA1 is conditionally approved by the FDA for the treatment of New World screwworm larvae infestations in dogs.

Directions
Directions for Use
Administer orally according to your veterinarian's directions and the dog's current body weight. Credelio Quattro / Credelio Quattro-CA1 must be given with food or within 30 minutes after feeding. Make sure the complete prescribed dose is consumed.
For routine parasite protection with Credelio Quattro, administer once monthly as prescribed by your veterinarian. If a dose is missed, administer the appropriate dose as soon as possible and resume the monthly dosing schedule.
If vomiting occurs within one hour after administration, give a new complete dose. If New World screwworm infestation is suspected, contact a veterinarian immediately. Treatment requires appropriate veterinary care, including removal of larvae and wound care.
Important Safety Information
- For oral use in dogs only.
- For dogs and puppies 8 weeks of age and older weighing at least 3.3 lb.
- Dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infection before administration. This product is not effective against adult heartworms.
- Lotilaner belongs to the isoxazoline class, which has been associated with neurologic reactions including tremors, incoordination, and seizures. Use with caution in dogs with a history of seizures or neurologic disorders.
- The safe use in breeding, pregnant, or lactating dogs has not been evaluated.
- The most frequently reported adverse reactions in clinical trials were vomiting and diarrhea.
- Keep out of reach of children and animals to prevent accidental ingestion or overdose.
Storage
Store at 59-77°F (15-25°C). Temporary temperature excursions between 41-104°F (5-40°C) are permitted.
