Credelio Quattro / Credelio Quattro-CA1 for Dogs is a prescription, flavored oral chewable formulated for dogs in the 6.1-12 lb weight range. One monthly tablet combines four active ingredients - lotilaner, moxidectin, praziquantel, and pyrantel - to provide broad parasite protection in a convenient single-dose format. Credelio Quattro protects against fleas, ticks, heartworm disease, roundworms, hookworms, and tapeworms, while Credelio Quattro-CA1 is conditionally approved for treatment of New World screwworm larvae infestations.

Indications
Credelio Quattro is indicated for the prevention of heartworm disease; treatment and control of specified roundworm, hookworm, and tapeworm infections; treatment and prevention of flea infestations; and treatment and control of specified tick infestations for one month in dogs and puppies 8 weeks of age and older weighing 3.3 lb or more. It is also indicated for prevention of Borrelia burgdorferi infections as a direct result of killing black-legged ticks.
Credelio Quattro-CA1 is conditionally approved by the FDA for treatment of infestations caused by New World screwworm (Cochliomyia hominivorax) larvae (myiasis) in dogs and puppies 8 weeks of age and older weighing 3.3 lb or more. Conditional approval is pending a full demonstration of effectiveness.
Important Safety Information
Prescription use only. Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian. For oral use in dogs only.
- Lotilaner belongs to the isoxazoline class, which has been associated with neurologic adverse reactions including tremors, ataxia, and seizures. Use with caution in dogs with a history of seizures or neurologic disorders.
- Test dogs for existing heartworm infection before administration. This product is not effective against adult heartworms.
- The safe use of Credelio Quattro / Credelio Quattro-CA1 in breeding, pregnant, or lactating dogs has not been evaluated.
- Not for use in humans. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Wash hands after handling. If accidentally ingested, seek medical attention immediately.

Directions for Use
For dogs weighing 6.1-12 lb, give 1 chewable tablet by mouth once monthly. Credelio Quattro / Credelio Quattro-CA1 must be administered with food. Ensure the dog consumes the complete dose and that no portion is lost or refused. If vomiting occurs within 1 hour after administration, give a new full dose. If a monthly dose is missed, administer it immediately and resume the monthly schedule.
Dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infection before starting treatment. For use of the Credelio Quattro-CA1 New World screwworm indication, follow the veterinarian-directed treatment plan and current product labeling, including appropriate larval removal and wound care.
Storage
Store at 59-77 degrees F (15-25 degrees C). Excursions are permitted between 41-104 degrees F (5-40 degrees C).
Warnings

- Credelio Quattro / Credelio Quattro-CA1 is not effective against adult heartworms. Dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infections before administration.
- The safe use in breeding, pregnant, or lactating dogs has not been evaluated. The most frequently reported adverse reactions in clinical trials included vomiting and diarrhea.
