Chlorhexidine 2% Scrub (1 Gallon)

Chlorhexidine Scrub is a mild scrub containing Chlorhexidine Gluconate 2%. It protects against bactericidal activity from a wide range of microorganisms.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Chlorhexidine Gluconate 2.0%

Wet hands with water. Use approximately 5 mL of Chlorhexidine 2% Scrub and add enough water to make a lather. Lather thoroughly. Rinse thoroughly under running water.

CAUTION: Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If product gets in eyes, immediately flush with water for 15 minutes and contact a physician. If swallowed, contact a physician and/or Poison Control Center immediately.

STORAGE: Store at 20°-25°C (68°-77°F). Excursions permitted between 15°-30°C (59°-86°F). Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Do not freeze.
