Description

Canine Spectra 10 Plus Lyme is a comprehensive 10-way canine vaccine enhanced with protection against Lyme disease. It contains immunogenic, attenuated strains of Canine Distemper Virus (CDV), Canine Adenovirus Type 2 (CAV-2), Canine Parainfluenza Virus (CPIV), and Canine Parvovirus Type 2b (CPV-2b), all propagated in cell line tissue cultures. The included diluent contains inactivated Canine Coronavirus (CCV), Borrelia burgdorferi (B. burgdorferi) antigens, and Leptospira bacterial antigens. The CAV-2 component provides cross-protection against infectious canine hepatitis (CAV-1), while the CPV-2b strain has been proven effective against CPV-2c even in puppies with maternal antibody interference. Gentamicin and thimerosal are included as preservatives.

Key Benefits

  • Broad-Spectrum Protection: 10-way core vaccine plus Lyme protection in a single dose.
  • Lyme Disease Coverage: Includes antigens for Borrelia burgdorferi, ideal for outdoor, hunting, and working dogs.
  • Proven Efficacy: CPV-2b strain protects against CPV-2c, even in the presence of maternal antibodies.
  • DIY Convenience: Administer at home—includes syringe for easy application.
  • Educational Resources: How-to-vaccinate videos available online for guidance and confidence.
  • Cost-Effective: Ideal for breeders, rescues, or multi-dog households seeking effective and affordable immunization.

Canine Spectra 10 Plus Lyme is a powerful, multi-way vaccine formulated to protect dogs against 10 core canine diseases, including Lyme disease caused by Borrelia burgdorferi. Designed for subcutaneous injection, this all-in-one vaccine is ideal for active, outdoor, and working dogs starting at 9 weeks of age.

Dosage & Administration

Rehydrate the desiccated vaccine cake with the 1 mL diluent provided. Shake well. Withdraw the entire contents into a sterile syringe.
Subcutaneous injection: Lift the loose skin behind the neck or front leg and insert the needle (see image below). Inject 1 mL subcutaneously. Do not inject directly into a blood vessel.

IMPORTANT: Before injecting, pull back slightly on the syringe plunger. If blood is present, choose a different injection site.
