An "excellent" rating on everything seems a bit fabricated, but I can justify all of them Their prices are cheaper than anywhere else on the web. I know, because I shopped and compared for days, until I settled on EntirelyPets. Of course, the meds are legitimate name-brands. Also, the shipping and delivery is unbelievably fast and efficient. When I had decided to purchase a larger bottle of arthritis medicine for my Pomeranian (it was cheaper), they actually called me at home to tell me the expiration date was only a month away, and did I think my girl would use it all within that amount of time. I ended up buying the smaller bottle, instead. Still at a great savings.

Another, unfortunate, time, someone had gotten possession of my credit card and made charges with them, unauthorized and unknown to me. When I caught it on my bank statement and contacted EntirelyPets, they were kind, courteous, and very helpful in canceling the charge, and giving me enough information to have my bank refund all my money. It was an ugly situation that turned out just fine, thanks to this "customer care" company. I have to add...their processing of vet approved prescriptions could not be smoother or easier! They are very thorough and careful when dispensing to your loved one, along with their timeliness.

They emailed me on one occasion, when my vet had a concern and was not replying quickly enough. I was able to respond to my vet, taking care of her issue, and upon her approval, the meds were sent out immediately. The actual delay was only about a day or two. Who can complain about that!!! I hope you give a chance. Along with all the information I have given you, their prices just can't be beat!!! You will be happy to become one of their Family. I sure am!!!

My order was delivered today. It is the correct medicine and quantity. Package arrived in good condition, and gave the first dose to my dog.

My experience with EntirelyPets Pharmacy has been positive so far. I shopped around for this refill because of poor customer service from another site. I have EntirelyPets bookmarked now, and it will be the first place I check for my dog's needs.

I know it may take a day or two to get info from your vet but I had notified my vet as soon as I placed the order and my vet is usually great at immediate responses.     Absolutely Stunning Customer Service

    My little pug boy needs a very expensive chemotherapy drug so I have really shopped around , when I found it at Entirely Pets I was stunned at the price ( less than 1/2 of what the vet charged and almost 1/2 of any on line co.)
    Unfortunately they were out of this drug but promised to contact me as soon as it was back in stock.
    I thought to myself SURE THEY WILL , well THEY DID ! It was a month but the same person who had promised to contact me called , he had retained my order and I received it today , his name is John and he is my hero !
    I received a follow up email tonight ( after business hours) just checking to make sure everything was correct so I sent a email back this evening thanking them and ......WAIT FOR IT ...I received a personal reply within 20 min.

    Having been a customer of Entirely Pets, I've never taken the time to write a review of their products, their efficiency, and their competitive pricing. So believe me when I say with experience, that they are five stars (at least) in every facet of their business. This last order was a bit difficult with a bust vet's office, and my not ordering early enough to avoid problems, but once again, Entirely Pets came to the rescue. You have my (and Fanny's) heartfelt thanks, and sincerest recommendation!

    Ordered Advantage II, 2 pk. for my cat and it came quickly but one of the packages was empty. Called them and without any hassle or attitude they mailed out a new order for me. Received it in 2 days. What an awesome company! And the prices are great!

    I've been a customer of EntirelyPets (not the pharmacy, the sister site) for quite some time, ordering supplements for my 3 rescues. They've always been super, with best prices huge product line and excellent customer service. I finally tried ordering prescription meds through Entirely Pets Pharmacy, and I have not been disappointed. I can't say enough about their superb customer service! They've always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful both on the phone and in writing. Personal emails from Tyler kept me informed as they reached out to my vet for necessary Rx info, which was really nice. We're crazy about our vet, but vets do have some high prices on meds, and EntirelyPets Pharmacy is the CURE for that! If you're debating trying them, go for it. You can't go wrong with EntirelyPets/EntirelyPets Pharmacy!!

    I was very pleased with my order. My vet tried to talk me out of buying the meds online, saying it was fraudulent. Well, what I received was exactly what my vet sold me at twice the price. I will buy from E.P. from now on.
