Nobivac Canine 1-DAPPv+L4 is a comprehensive 5-way combination vaccine recommended for the vaccination of healthy dogs. It provides protection against canine distemper virus (CDV), adenovirus type 1 (hepatitis), canine parainfluenza virus (CPiV), canine parvovirus (CPV), and four key Leptospira serovars (L. canicola, L. icterohaemorrhagiae, L. pomona, and L. grippotyphosa).   • For the vaccination of healthy dogs as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by:

Directions

Dosage and Administration

Shake the vial of Nobivac Lepto4 thoroughly and aseptically transfer its contents to the Nobivac Canine 1-DAPPv vial. Mix gently until fully dissolved. Use the entire contents immediately after reconstitution.

Administer one dose (1 mL) subcutaneously. The initial dose can be given to puppies 8 weeks of age or older. Repeat every 2 to 4 weeks until the dog reaches 12 weeks of age. A minimum of two doses is required for primary immunization. Annual revaccination with a single dose is recommended.

  • Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection
  • Two 1 mL doses given 2–4 weeks apart
  • Repeat dosing every 2–4 weeks until 12 weeks of age
  • Annual revaccination with one dose is recommended

Following the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) Vaccination Principles, revaccination schedules should be tailored based on the veterinarian-client-patient relationship.

Precautions

  • Store between 2°C and 7°C (35°F to 45°F)
  • Do not freeze
  • Do not mix with other vaccines unless specified
  • Use only new, non-chemically sterilized needles and syringes
  • Dispose of vaccine containers and any unused product by burning

Warnings

  • Contains gentamicin and amphotericin B as preservatives
  • Vaccinate only healthy, non-parasitized dogs
  • Do not vaccinate pregnant dogs
  • Adverse reactions such as anaphylaxis or other immune-mediated responses may occur
  • Antidote: Epinephrine, corticosteroids, and antihistamines may be used depending on reaction severity
  • Maternal antibodies may interfere with vaccine efficacy; timing may vary based on maternal titer and antibody absorption
