Broken pill bottle
March 23, 2024
The plastic bottle was totally cracked & all 60 pills fell into shipping box . Was able to salvage 53 pills .Spoke to customer rep at Entirely Pets Anamarie Navarro explained what happened & sent her pix as she requested. She was supposed to get back to me with a resolution & never did nor did she respond to my follow up email. I’ve been a customer for over 10+ yrs always reliable but not this time very disappointed. I want either refund or missing pills added to existing RX in pharmacy.
