My vet recommended a cranberry supplement for my handicapped dog to keep her kidneys and bladder healthy. I found this and decided to give it a try.There is no way to know if it is actually doing anything, but she did just have blood work and a urine culture done and the labs came back in excellent condition. The vet said, "whatever you've been giving her, keep it up. Her kidneys look great." This is what she has been getting added to her food once a day.She loves the taste and I love the price.

Easy to give to food-motivated dogs and cats

This powder has a fishy odor, which is strange since the ingredient list does not mention any kind of fish. My dog and cat seem to like (or not notice) the flavor. If I sprinkle two scoops of powder on my pooch's dry kibble or mix one scoop into my kitty's canned food, they eat their meals with their usual enthusiasm. But, honestly, both of them are pigs anyway. I have not tried this powder with my pickier dog or cats. The powder does not seem to make my pets gassy, impact their appetites or bathroom habits, or cause any other side effects. The canister I received in June 2024 has an expiration date of February 2027. I appreciate the natural ingredient list, quality seal, and that the product is made in the USA.

I actually bought this for my male cat for urinary support, because I know they are prone to urinary issues. I use only half a scoop right now because a whole scoop seems like a lot to add so quickly and cats have to adjust to changes in their food. He does eat it just fine though. I think it has really good ingredients, the company seems good. I feel a lot better knowing my cat is getting this to support his urinary tract.

I usually get the treat form of joint supplement, thought I would try this one. The dogs really like the taste. I call it "sprinkles" and put on their food in the morning. My dog eats around it

My dog has had three UTIs in the last year. It's got to be uncomfortable for her and is expensive and all around unpleasant for us as she sometimes can't "hold it".A couple of months ago I got some cranberry chews for her, but, being the picky dog that she is, she refused to eat them. I then made a habit of forcing one down her throat each morning, which neither of us enjoy. Desperate for a solution, I ordered this powder.When I opened the jar, I immediately sprinkled a scoop around her bowl. She smelled it, but refused to eat her food. The next day I tried again and she picked around at her food and it seemed obvious she was avoiding this. She normally eats dry dog food, but she get a fair number of table scraps too. We had some leftover chicken the other night, which I chopped up with a little sauce and added in this cranberry powder. She took a long look and sniff at it, but ultimately rejected the chicken. To be fair, she's also rejected very tasty steak in the past so it's possible this was just her being picky.Unfortunately, this powder doesn't work for us and my dog desperately needs a cranberry supplement. For the foreseeable future, we're going to have to stick with the chews. If your dog is less picky than mine, you may well have luck with this. Sadly, my dog is extremely picky. We nicknamed her "Princess" for a reason!

First off, this is in powder form that you pour onto the top of dog food. The flavor must be good because my dog ate everything, even what had the powder on it. My german Sheperd who turns two soon just got her first UTI and after spending money at the vet I decided to look online for some cranberry suppliments for her. This has been great, she loves the taste and devores her food. The container gives you a reccomend dosage based on their weights and even with her being a bigger dog this container will last a while for me. The container also comes with a scoop which is always helpful, it is a powder so just keep that in mind.

I have a cat that’s prone to urinary issues.I know how he feels. Being prone to uti’s I can say first hand d-mannose works. We always keep it on hand for my family. I’m happy to see one for my pets is available.I mixed 1 scoop into half a can of cat food and the powder is thick & granulated. Stormy ate every bite so he obviously likes the taste and doesn’t mind the texture.The human grade d-mannose isn’t thick granules it’s very fine and easily mixes into drinks. The texture difference must be the other ingredients.

Dog loves the taste, still waiting out the effects

I have a 2 yr old lab with incontinence issues. This can lead to her going in her sleep or becoming uncomfortable trying to hold it so I'm hoping these will ease some of that and prevent any further health issues and help control some of the accidents by keeping her system healthy, despite being underdeveloped. So far she seems to enjoy the supplement. I sprinkle it on her food. Smells like cranberries. Ingredients don't raise any alarm so I don't anticipate any issues. Giving it a few weeks then we'll see if she has improved a bit.
