My vet recommended this for my German Shepherd, who had a hot spot. We used it and it helped a lot. Our dog is a licker and a chewer. One foot or the other is usually in his mouth. He tends to make his paws red from the licking. We have found the Betagen to help soothe and heal.

We use this on our dog when he gets sores from allergies & bug bites. It works really great at stopping the itch and starting the healing process. We were getting the 120 ml from our vet, which was the largest bottle they carried, at an astronomical price. I found this on Entirely Pets Pharmacy and the 240ml bottle cost less than the 120ml bottle from the vets office.
Stops the itching so the dog stops scratching, heals very quickly.
